Woodstock Flour - Berrigan NSW
Woodstock Flour produce wholegrain, stoneground flour freshly milled from Certified Organic grain grown on their family farm, Woodstock, in Berrigan.
They produce Spitfire bread wheat, Rosella cake wheat, Rye, Spelt and Triticale flours.
The flours are great for all sorts of baking, with Spitfire being a great flour for use in breads, pasta and pizza, and Rosella as a perfect substitute for plain flour. The rye, spelt and triticale can be used in cakes and biscuits for a hit of flavour and nutrition.
